No more relying on rules to feel safe
And just as important:
Stop weighing yourself.
Because when you constantly measure and check, you disconnect from your body and rely on external validation instead of internal signals.
Rebuilding Trust With Your Body
When you remove control, something powerful happens:
You begin to reconnect with your body’s intelligence.
Instead of asking:
“Is this allowed?”
“Does this fit my plan?”
You start asking:
“Does this serve me?”
Awareness replaces restriction.
You begin noticing:
How food makes you feel
What keeps you satisfied
What leaves you depleted
And that awareness becomes your guide.
The Language Shift That Changes Everything
Moving away from:
“I can’t eat this”
“I should eat that”
Into:
“This serves me”
“This doesn’t serve me”
This shift creates freedom and choice instead of pressure and control.
The Rule of Addition (Before Subtraction)
Instead of focusing on what to remove… I teach you to add first.
Because your body is highly sensitive to scarcity.
Every thought like:
“I can’t have that”
“I shouldn’t eat this”
Creates stress — and stress leads to more cravings.
So instead, you begin adding:
More nourishment
More support
More balance
And this creates safety in the body.
